This accomplished entertainer performs intimate one man shows with his piano player through to the all firing 17 piece ‘JS Big Band’. With a new CD about to be released Jack Sinatra is currently busy spending time both recording and performing. Jack’s stage life started early, initially studying music and classical guitar, and performing in theatre and stage shows in the West Midlands, UK. Over the years Jack has performed lead vocals and Lead/Rhythm Guitar for many bands in both the UK and the USA encompassing Big Band, Blues, Country, Rock and Soul & Funk. In 2007 Jack was asked at short notice to perform a ‘Rat Pack’ style one hour show due to a show cancellation. The performance was a massive hit – the rest as they say ’was history’, and Jack Sinatra was born. All of his work now centres on the elegant music styles of Jazz, suitably laced with recent musical arrangements from Michael Buble, Jamie Cullum and more.
September 2010 saw Jack launch his ‘Jazz at the Dockgate’ nights in Southampton’s beautiful ‘Dockgate 4’ lounge. Plans to increase the number of Big Band shows are firmly in place ensuring this popular entertainers profile increases substantially as shows build in both popularity and regularity.
For those requiring an intimate relaxing musical experience of piano and vocals, easy listening jazz through to the high energy big band sounds of the ‘Rat Pack’ era they need look no further as Jack’s flexibility and professionalism will deliver an outstanding performance every time.
Vocals, Swing, Big band, Jazz and music of the ‘Rat Pack’ era expertly delivered with passion, love and class. ‘The South Coasts Favourite Crooner’ AND Magazine, Southampton.
